Hours: 7.5 hours per week, term time only

Contract: Permanent

Manor Fields  Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our dedicated team.

This important role involves supervising and supporting pupils during the lunchtime period, helping to ensure that all children are safe, happy and able to enjoy a positive lunchtime experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting good behaviour, encouraging positive play and supporting children both in the dining hall and on the playground.

 

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children and can build positive relationships.

Is patient, caring and approachable.

Has good communication and teamwork skills.

Can promote positive behaviour and inclusion.

Is able to remain calm and respond appropriately to situations as they arise.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
